How do I know if I need the 35mm Max Support insoles?
If your wet footprint shows only a narrow band or almost no contact in the middle, you likely have high arches. If you also notice bow‑legs or ankles that roll outward, 35mm Max Support is recommended.
What problems can these insoles help with?
They help support high arches, reduce outward rolling (supination) and relieve pressure associated with forefoot and ankle strain by improving side‑to‑side balance.
Will the arch feel too strong at first?
High arches usually need more lift to feel supported, so the arch will feel present. Start with 1–2 hours per day and increase gradually over 3–7 days as your feet adapt.
Are they suitable for running and hiking?

What if I’m between the 33mm and 35mm levels?
