If you have any questions about our refund policy, please contact us at support@stepaligns.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


⚠️ Important:

• Our refund policy lasts 90 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.

• Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled or refunded until you have received your shipment.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in its original packaging.

• If your item has not arrived within 30 days of your purchase date, you may be eligible for a full refund.


Eligible & Non-Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your StepAlign insoles must be unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items that have been used, trimmed, or modified

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be directed through our support team.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 90 days after the original delivery date

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps:

  • First, recheck your bank account or payment method
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take several business days for the refund to be officially posted
  • Contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time on their end

If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@stepaligns.com.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange your StepAlign insoles (for example, a different size), please email us at support@stepaligns.com. We will respond with the return address and next steps.


Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stepaligns.com first — we will provide you with the appropriate return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Delivery times for exchanged items will vary depending on your location.
  • For returns involving items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked return shipments.

Address Changes

If you need to redirect your package to a different address after your order has been placed, please note that an additional rerouting fee may apply. Contact us at support@stepaligns.com as soon as possible.
