Which StepAlign is right for me?

Not sure which type to choose? It's simple — match your arch type:

  • LOW → Mild flat feet, slight overpronation, shin splints
  • MED → Normal arches, everyday comfort & sport performance
  • HIGH → High arches, plantar fasciitis, heel & ball-of-foot pain

Still unsure? Go with LOW — it works well for most people.

Engineered to Correct What Other Insoles Can't

The only insole built for severely collapsed arches — not just comfort.

If you have severe flat feet, you already know regular insoles don't work. They flatten out the moment you step on them, leaving your ankles rolling inward, your knees aching, and your lower back paying the price by mid-afternoon.
StepAlign LOW+ was built differently. Our 6.5mm medial wedge and reinforced arch shell work together to physically realign your ankle, knee, and hip with every step — correcting overpronation at the source, not masking it. Developed with biomechanical correction principles, this insole does what custom orthotics do at a fraction of the cost. Just slip them in and feel the difference from step one.

Recommended by Podiatry & Sports Medicine Professionals

"As a general practitioner, I regularly see patients struggling with flat feet, overpronation, and chronic foot pain that affects their whole posture. StepAlign's tiered arch support system is exactly what I look for — biomechanically sound, properly graded by foot type, and built to last. I recommend it to patients before they consider expensive custom orthotics."

Frequently Asked Questions

Who should choose the 29mm Firm Arch Support insoles?
Choose 29mm if your arches are very flat, your ankles roll inward a lot when you walk, or you’ve noticed long‑term knee discomfort linked to overpronation.
How do these insoles help with overpronation?
The raised inner arch and deep heel cup help guide your heel back toward neutral, which supports flatter feet and may help your knees and ankles feel more stable.
Can they help with forefoot and bunion discomfort?
By supporting the arch and redistributing pressure, these insoles help relieve pressure associated with forefoot overload and bunions, especially during walking and standing.
Are the 29mm insoles very hard? Will they hurt at first?
The arch is firm on purpose to hold up a severely collapsed arch, so some pressure is normal in the first few days. Start with 1–2 hours of wear and increase gradually as your feet adapt.
What if I have severe flat feet but sensitive soles?
Begin with short wear times and cushioned socks. If the firm support still feels too strong after a week, you can try the 31mm Moderate Support insoles for a gentler feel.
